Fantasy Village

I had great fun making this card, it reminded me of when my two sons were young and I helped to colour in (they may say I took over). colouring in is so relaxing and being able to use non - conventional colours for a fantasty village is even better. I coloured the surrounding area with Tumbled Glass, added glitter to my sky and moon. I outlined the village with a Copic B12 Ice Blue, used various markers to colour the village.
Stamps are by Lavinia, which I decided to cut from one stamp to four, so I can arrange my village and houses as I wish. The sentiment is from Debbie Moore.
I am entering this card into these challenges

Another Poppy Card

For Janet's Poppy Appeal, details here, I've made this card.
Again I brushed the background with Inkylicious brushes, using TH Distress inks, Mustard Seed, Tumbled Glass and Peeled Paint. The verse is from Elusive Images, the poppies from Lavinia stamps. I used a red Copic pen to colour the poppies. if you can spare a poppy card to send to Janet I am sure it will be greatly appreciated. many thanks for viewing.

Art Nouveau Poppy

Another card for Janet's Poppy Appeal, see here. First I used my brushes from Inkylicious, and coloured my background using Distress inks, Tumbled Glass, Peeled Paint and Worn Lipstick. I stamped the Art Nouveau lady (Tandastamps) onto a piece of cream card, coloured her in with pencils and Promarkers, added glitter to the lily of the valley flowers.
I edged the piece of card with a black permanent marker.
Used Lavinia poppy stamps, coloured the heads with a Copic and used Peeled Paint to stamp them. I hope you like it, thanks for visiting.

Oh! Baby

Another interesting challenge blog I have found is Raise the Bar, I believe an Australian hosted blog. Their challenge this week is Oh! Baby!! I made this card very much in the style of Card Craftworks, the source of the Card Candy. Various pieces of card stash lain on silver mirri card. The elephant stamp was a gift, the baby elephant has been made from the same stamp onto shrink plastice. Baby girl pretty ribbon added. It's my first entry on Raise the Bar, I look forward to joining in future swaps.
I feel this will also be suitable for 365 Cards No 258 Tone on tone

Halloween Tag

I've had a fabulous busy day, where I have been able to spend ages just crafting away. It has taken me a while to look around the challenge blogs to see which challenges I could stir up some mojo for. My first attempts are this Halloween tag for two challenges.Orange and Black at Something Completley Different and of course Halloween at Crafts and Me Challenge.
I used several of TH Distress orange shaded inks, Spiced Marmalade, Rusty Hinge and Wild hiney, rubbing around the edges with Black Soot. I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black. All of the stamps are from Tandastamps. The two pumpkins are orange, though don't look it on the photo, I stamped onto heated Funky Foam, then cut them out, they are raised on a dimensional pad. Thanks so much for looking at my entry.
