Wheels (2)

Hello, thanks for your visit. Today I am entering two cards into the new
challenge of Wheels at CD Sunday Challenges.
This being my second card from the  CD
The Best of La Pashe 2012.
I have added some stamped cog like wheels with a stamp I bought
at Hobbycraft some time ago, I keep it with my steampunk stamps, not sure
of the make etc. I added varied black gems to the centre of the wheels.
The main image is decoupaged  in several areas.

Wheels (1)

Hi, thanks for your visit. Today I am entering two cards into the
new challenge at CD Sunday Challenges . For the next two weeks
the challenge is
Wheels
I have used my old faithful CD from La Pashe, The Best of 2012.
My first entry is of the army tank.
Parts of the tank are decoupaged, I cut the front sheet at an angle to
allow the inside sheet to be parat of the design.
Thanks for another super challenge ladies.

Cars

Hi everyone, thanks for your visit. The challenge which
starts today at Cardz 4 Guyz was chosen by Jane and it is
CARS
Any type of car will do, a classic, or vintage, sporty, futuristic,
racing or pedal car. As long as it is a car.
Please pop over to see the wonders from the DT.
I saw a different shaped card on Pinterest, the measurements were
from the US, which is smaller than a similar card in the UK, so I have
made it to measure the standard C6 - 6" x 4" when closed.
Papers used are from LOTV Father Knows Best paper pad.
Greeting label from my stash.
Stamped embellishments from Papermania.
The car is from Tandastamps (sorry they are no longer trading).
I embossed the car with black EP.  Coloured some engine and tyre areas
with a grey pencil . I paper pieced the car's body.
It took longer to make the template than the actual card. (smile)

O is for Oval

Hello again, hope your well and thanks for the visit.
Today is the start of another two week challenge at
Silvi has chosen for us O is for OVAL
Please check out the Ovals from the Design Team.
I thought  maybe I should be adding another Christmas card
to my list of to do's.  I used a 5 x 7inch card, added some mirri card
around the edges. I first stamped the greeting with an old stamp in my stash.
I then die cut my oval onto the white card.
It was then dry embossed with a snowflake embossing folder.
I added crystals to the centre of the snowflakes.
The  Inkadinkado Santa stamp is one of my favourites, he was so popular
a few years ago but is rarely seen nowadays
  Coloured with Promarkers.
Santa was added to the card then the embossed piece added with foam pads.
Have fun.

Anything BUT Square

Hello again, thanks for your visit. Today sees the beginning of a
new challenge for a week at Cardz 4 Galz.
helen has chosen for us Anything BUT Square.
We have all had fun with this, most of us nowadays are making
a lot of square cards, so time for me at least to jump out of the comfort Zone.
Please pop over to see the creations from the Design Team.
I have used a circular scallop edge card from Kanban.
I used a Sweet Diaxie die for the background,
The main image cut with a Spellbinder circle die.
The stamp used is from Leonie Pujol - Everlasting Love.
I am loving her quirky style with flowers.
All coloured with Promarkers.
Please enjoy looking at the team's cards. Thank you for your visit.

Real Lace and Pearls

Today is the beginning of a month challenge at
The challenge will end on 14th October.

I chose a Kraft card to stamp my design.
I was inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest.
The background was created with texture stamps from
Creative Expressions, one stamped in black,  the script was
embossed with white fine detail embossing powder.
The poppy stamp by Sheena Douglas  - A Little bit Sketchy -
Poppies and Daisies was coloured with
Promarkers. The laces and pearls are from my stash.
