Poppies

Good morning, I hope you are well and thanks for your visit.

Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday

For the time of year, being of rememberance, I have chosen

Challenge #108 Poppies.

I used a stamp from Elusive Images - Botanical set.

Coloured with Promarkers. Gems  and a red ribbon added.

P is for Poppies or Pumpkins

Hello, I hope you are well, thanks for the visit.

Today we start a new challenge at Alphabet Challenges 

For the letter P - I chose Poppies or Pumpkins

 I have been poorly this week, there are

some wonderful creations by the design team, 

but to give you a little more inspiration I have 

resurected two projects I made way back, they

haven't been seen for many a year.  

I really like these pop - up box cards. If you fancy

having a go, dcheck out You Tube or Pinterest.

Papers from my stash, stamps are varied from

Inkadinkado and Tandastamps.

For the poppies, I would like to share a photo of this

Ikea mirror, which I painted with blackboard paint.

I stamped the Poppies and the lettering with Elusive Images 

(now Chocolate Baroque). The buterfly is by Lyndsay Mason.

I used  TH Distress Inks to watercolour the images, which

were fussy cut and glued onto the board. 

Set off with small red pearls.

Something Beginning with 'S'

Hello everyone, I am so pleased to tell you I am feeling

so much better, the last three days have been poorly days.

The worst is now over and I can again enjoy and partake in 

crafting and of course blogging.

Today, we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz. 

I have chosen the theme - #108 Something Beginning with 'S'

For my card, I have made a Square card, not unusual for

 me, but I also have made a Square frame.

The background is a beautiful Scene, coloured with

Promarkers, with lots of glitter added. The stamp is by

Sheena, as is the Stag which has been added with

dimensional stickers.  The stamp set is - Scenic Winter. 

The Snowflakes are from a Dreamees stamp set.

Forever Autumn

Hello everyone, I'm a little late with this post, sorry,

real life sometimes holds back on crafting.

On 15th of this month we started a new challenge at

Sparkles Monthly Challenges.

Dawn has chosen for Challenge # 121 Forever Autumn

My card using black and orange card for matting and 

layering provides a dramatic backdrop for the

wonderful scarecrow and pumpkins, all of which

are free digi stamps found on Pinterest. 

I coloured them with Promarkers.

I made a Fat page, (4" square), I have a good collection of these now.
The stamps are old favourites from Tandastamps,
there is a pull out tag, with Boo! stamped on.

Shades of Brown

Good morning, I hope you are warm and well.

Thanks for your visit and for any comments you leave.

Today at Cardz 4 Galz we start a new challenge, chosen by Lynda.

Challenge # 107 Shades of Brown.

I started with a Kraft card, then I added 5 layers

decreasing in sizes and varied colours of brown.

The main image stamped with Owl Family by

Woodware stamps.  Coloured with Promarkers.

I blended the background with Frayed Burlap DI.

I hope you like my card, I loved the theme, it was 

something different, more challenging but great fun.
