More Than One Fold

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz. Helen has chosen #202 More than One Fold. To see the inspiration from the design team, please visit the blog.
I began with a slimline card, folded it in half, then folded the front in half, creating a Z fold card. I matted the inside of the back piece and the folded back piece with gold mirri card, then with a sheet of  pink mottled designer paper. I did the same for the panel holding the image, which is a page from Hunkydory - Little Book of Sewing. I cut out pieces from several pages to decoupage the design. Pearls were added to each corner, to the pin cushion and a sentiment added. Thanks again, take care and stay safe.

CAS -Clean and Simple

Hello, thanks for your visit. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz. Helen has chosen
#325 CAS - Clean and Simple. To see the inspiration by the design team please visit the blog.
For my card, I used a 6" sq. white card. I die cut a white stitched edge oval and a glossy black stitched edge oval for the mat. The stamp I used is an old one from my stash by Kanban, I used Promarkers to colour the image. Look closely and you will see the Frothy Stuff  I added to the top of the glass of beer. The sentiment is one from the growing collection in my stash.

F is for Flying

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we continue with our alphabet at Alphabet Challenges. Deborah has chosen  F is for Flying (anything that flies). To see the inspiration from the design team, please visit the blog.

I began with a 6" sq. white card, matted with a pink card. On the main white stamping card I stamped the bird, flowers images and the sentiment from a collection of stamps with the magazine Creative Stamping #118 Wings and Things. All coloured with Promarker alcohol pens. Gold glitter pen to colour the centre of the flowers. It's not often I make a 'clean' card, I always seem to want to fill in the white, which I know I needed do. I always think it makes mine  look bare. (Smiles) Have fun.

#165 No Stamping Allowed

Hello and welcome. Today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Monthly Challenges. Helen has chosen #165 No Stamping Allowed. To see the wonderful inspiration by the design team, please visit the blog.

For my card, it is possible you may think, I have added this card before, wrong, but close. If you check back on my blog there is an almost the same card I made for a Backgrounds challenge., for the 18th May. I enjoyed cerating it so much, I have made another for the challenge of No Stamping. I turned the template pieces, I had made, upside down, by flipping the card. I used totally different Mirri and glitter pieces of card. The die, Shine Bright, from Hunkydory added, then finalised by adding Silver studs to adorn. Thanks again for your visit, I do hope you are inspired to join in the challenge.

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge over on Cardz 4 Galz. Lynda has chosen #201 Use Dies or Punches or even both. To see the design team's inspiration, please visit the blog.

For my card, I made a A6  (6 x 4 ) card with pink Adorable Scorable card from Hunkydory. On a piece of white card I die cut the pretty edge die, from Printable Heaven, along with a flower head and stalk and the greeting. I cut the left hand side to fit the card, added with 3d foam pads. A small panel with pink and white card to place the flower and some pretty organza ribbon. I look forward to seeing your wonderful die cut entries. Stay safe and take care.
