I then added a background and the sentiment from the kit. I die cut the three characters . Added them to die cut card circles on which I had added glitter, (non-shedding) paper. The circles were added with foam pads. E is for Embossing Wet or Dry

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Alphabet Challenges, Deborah has chosen E is for Embossing either the Wet or Dry Technique. To see the remainder of the design team's inspirational cards please visit the blog.

I have made a simple, white A6 card, i.e 6" x 4".I firstly cut a strip of paper to fit the embossing folder and used Distress inks to blend the colours. I then used a 2" x 5.5" strip of a rose embossing folder. Given time to dry, I then sandpapered the strip to create the white parts on the design. I then matted and layered this onto white and tan card. A sentiment strip, from my stash,  was added. Happy embossing.
