Sparkles Monthly Challenges
our challenge, chosen by Maryvonne is

Embossing with the E.F. included in the kit, I used
Frayed burlap and Vintage Photo to colour the scene.
Using stamps provided I stamped the deckchair and umbrella.
The hot air balloons were die cut are also in the
kit mentioned above.

M is for Monkey

Hello and welcome to my blog.
Today at Alphabet Challenges we begin a two week challenge
using the alphabet to guide us.
Janis has chosen for the letter M   - Monkey.
Pop over to the blog for details and to see
the Design Teams' collection of Monkeys.
I stamped leaves, 2nd generation, around the card for
a background.  The topper is a free digi stamp via Pinterest,
which I coloured with Promarkers.
Then matted onto brown and black card.
Have fun - I look forward to seeing your entry.

Thoughts of Fall (Autumn)

Hi, thanks for visiting my blog. Today we begin a new
two week challenge at Cardz 4 Galz.  Amy has chosen
Thoughts of Fall/Autumn
I hope you pop over to the blog to check the details
and of course to see the inspiration from the design team.
I made a 5 x 7 in. card. I first lightly stamped
the card with several stamps from the set I used.
Using a number of DIs in autumnal colours I blended
them on an A5 sheet of white card, Sprayed with water, dried
then more ink applied. I then randomly stamped all of the stamps,
several times from the set by #Sheena Douglass -
A Little Bit Sketchy - Autumn Leaves.
I fussy cut many of the leaves and acorns, placed them
onto black card, mounted onto gold card.
Finally I stamped a sentiment, matted onto black and gold.

The sea has been created by tearing card, two shades of
blue and white for the foam.
Faded Jeans DI used to colour the sky.
