I began with a plain white card for my base. I covered the card with a purple 6" sq. I then used a Diamond embossing folder on a piece of purple card and on white card. Measured and cut them to fit the piece of silver Mirri card, then added with 3D foam pads to the main purple card. A thin strip of silver Mirri card to seperate the two pieces. The stamp of the girls and the two sentiment stamps, by Stamps By Me - Toni Darroch are from a Creative Stamping magazine #161. The sentiments were heat embossed with silver Wow! EP. The girls were coloured with Promarkers, then fussy cut leaving a small white edge. Have fun.

Wedding/Wedding Anniversary
Hello, welcome to my blog. Toay we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz. It's my turn to choose the challenge at it being July, I think of weddings, so it will be #254 Weddings or Wedding Anniversary. To see the inspiration created by the design team, please visit the blog.
My base card is a white 5" x 7" scallop edge card. I added a piece of card which had been painted and then distressed with white paint, then distressed further. Amongst my box of die cuts, old, new, borrowed or swapped with craft friends, I found the white frame, maybe the wrong seson, but it suited my need for the edges. I then fussy cut the couple, the heart sentiment and the two glasses of champagne., from a Hunkydory set of wedding paraphenalia called Love is All you Need. I added a strip of flowers and pearls in opposite corners. Overall it's in more of a retro or vintage style, but I've got to use my stuff up sometime. (smiles)

I decided of the many polygons there are to choose from, on the hexagon. I used the small set of patterned and plain hexagon stamps from Dreamees. I stamped on the pieces of scrap card, then adhered then to a 6" card, which I added previously added a piece of Kraft designed paper from a Hunkydory Essential Seletion paper pad. I added a strip from my spare stash. I added from Hunkydory, the Hugs die and stamped '& Kisses' from the same set. Happy crafting and hope you stay well.

I added sparkly gold gems, for the Bling, to the centre of the poinsettias. Enjoy your crafting and please stay well and safe.
Pearly Sparkles - A Shaped Card
Hello and welcome to my blog. Today at Pearly Sparkles our new challenge is #108 A Shaped Card. To see the inspiration from the design team please visit the blog.
I made my card using the templates, die cuts and papers from a Die Cut Designer Paper Pad - Summer Collection, from Studio Light. I blended the edges of all the card and papers using Distress Inks in the colours of the papers/card. Making this card was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Working out and designing the use of many available die-cuts. A valuable experince ,I recommend for any craft making beginners (I'm not but hey, I enjoyed it).
