Spotlight Technique

We have a new challenge starting today for the next two weeks over
Spotlight Technique.
Please pop over to the blog, we are new and welcome
newbies as we do established crafters. We can all learn
something, or be inspired by others. The rules, links for
tutorials on how to create the technique and the wonderful
varied inspiration by the amazing Design Team are all there.
I made a 7" card so I could stamp in opposite corners with
the gorgeous Woodware stamp Perfect Petals.
I buy my Woodware stamps from The Stampman.
The spotlight circles cut with a Spellbinders die,
which was coloured with Zig brush pens.
Matted onto black card onto the main card.
Hope to see you popping by.

White Embossing

Hello everyone, today we start a new challenge at
Pat G has chosen for us White Embossing.
You can choose whicever technique you like, as long
as it fits the theme. The DT have some wonderful inspiration
for you to check out.
I love monochrome cards, they can be so elegant.
I used a gloss black card for the background mat and for
the spotlight black circle.
The stamp is by Woodware - Meadow Flowers and the greeting.
Stamped onto white card with  Black Versafine. Stamped
and heat embossed with Stampendous white detailed powder
onto the black circle.  A piece of lace added.
Stamped, white embossed and cut a butterfly.
Hope you enjoy the challenge.
