CAS Winter Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. Pamela,
on the DT, has chosen #240 CAS Winter Card.  To see the inspiration from the design team, please visit the blog.

I began with a white 6" scallop edge card. My stamp is by Stamps Away - Pilkington's Winter Wonderland, a set of three adorable winter scenic stamps, small and beautiful. I die cut the oval shape and edged the die with DI Briken China. The remainder was lightly coloured with Promarkers. A Quickie glue pen to add lots of Diamond Sparkles glitter on the snow. I raised the topper with 3 d foam pads - dimensionals. Have fun and I hope you enjjoy your CAS (Clean and Simple) Winter card challenge.

I made a small,  yet cute rocker card. I made the rocker , and prepared the topper circle with a die cut glitter silver card and white card. The gnome stamp is from a stamp sheet  by Polkadoodles, enclosed wiithin the Creative Stamping magazine #102. The stamp was coloured with various Promarkers.
Have fun and happy crafting.

#167 Feature a Christmas Song or Carol

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Christmas challenges. Debbie, on the DT has chosen #167 Feature a Christmas Song or Carol. To see the wonderful inspiration from the design team please visit the blog.

I have always liked the song Little Donkey, first sang by the Beverley Sisters, only if your elderly, you will have heard of them. Later it bcame a hit again sang by Nina and Frederick.

For my card I used a plain white card, and added printed papers from a Dreamees CD - Simply Christmas, layered onto a silver Mirri mat.  A pretty die to mat a topper from a Pollyanna Pickering collection of Christmas Toppers. I added a Christmas greeting, 3 small silver studs and snowflakes created with a punch.
