For my card
I recently visited Selfridges in London, I was inpired by the Cupcake bar, I managed to deny myself of indulging, but a few presents of cupcakes were bought to bring home. You could say I was inspired by this visit.

I began with a 6" white , scallop edged card for the base. All the papers are from a CD. by Oh! La!La! The Shawn Jenkins Collection. There are three layers of cupcake papers, I then decoupaged
the three centre cupcakes and the greeting. A toning ribbon added from my stash.

Pearly Sparkles -Anything But a Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at

Claire on the design team has chosen  #105 Anything But a Card. To see the remainder of the team's wonderful inspiration please visit the blog.
As much as I love making cards, I do love to dabble in several other forms of papercrafts. In particular I love ATC's, making bookmarks, postcards, Fat pages and Inchies.

I thought these Inchies are certainly a change from making a card. I made these six inchies for an Inchies swap. I cut the 1" squares from card, coloured them with various Distress Inks. They were  stamped with Versafine Onyx Black then heat embossed with clear E.P., each of the stamps are from an Inkadinkado set of stamps. I hope you have fun with your project.

Have fun.
