Pearly Sparkles - Silver Bells on a Silver Card

Hello, thanks for your visit, today at Pearly Sparkles, Larelyn has chosen for the month of December,
Silver Bells on a Silver Card. Please visit the blog to see the einspiation by the design team.

For my design team card, I began with a white card added to a silver glitter sheet around the edges, then adhered this to a Silver Mirri card. This formed the base for my embellishments. The Bells stamp is by Woodware Stamps, heat embossed with Wow! Silver Bells embossing powder, along with the sentiments from the same stamp set. I added cryatal gems to decorate and embellish. It may not look so, but it is definely shiny, sparkly and glittery. Take care and have fun.

#266 Christmas Trees

Hello, thanks for your visit. Today, we at Make My Monday, begin our next challenge. We thank Heather for choosing #266 Christmas Trees. Please visit our blog to see the wonderful inspiration from our design team.

I began by stamping the tree from a Creative Expressions Christmas stamp set, created by Sheena Douglass, yes, it's an old stamp, but my favourite. I coloured it with Promarkers, using a Quickie glue pen then sprinkled with Crystal Glamour Dust. I embossed the front of a C6 card, then cut an oval aperture. I finally added the greeting, tied with white ribbon. Take care and best wishes for the festive season.

Poinsettia

Hello, thanks for popping by. Today we begin our challenge for December at Sparkles Christmas Challenges, we thank Melissa for choosing #179 Poinsettia. A world wide favourite Christmas plant.  Please visit our blog to see the wonderful inspiration by the design team.

I added a gold Mirri mat with a dark red striped paper for the background. For the main image I added a sheet with Poinsettias from a Hunkydory Little Book  - Christrmas. I then fussy cut from another two sheets to add a total of three layers of the poinsettia arrangement, adhered with 3d foam pads.  I know it looks flat but not in real life, there is shape and depth. Have fun and I hope you all enjoy the festive period.
