Embellishments
Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz. Pamela from the DT. has chsosen #244 Embellishments, e.g. ribbons, bows, buttons, sequins, gems, flowers, anything you think will embellish your card design. To see the wonderful inspiration by the design team, please visit the blog.
I used a white 7 x 5 white plain card. I blended Warm Lipstick, Scattered Straw and Fossilized Amber DI's directly onto the card. When dry, I arranged the die cut flowers and leaves from a Hunkydory Moonstone Doodle Flower Dies set. My embellishments are stunning gems in the centre of the flowers. Pink and yellow sequins and a sentiment from the Hunkydory 'Jusr My Type' sentiment pad. Have fun.

V is for Vintage
Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Alphabt Challenges. I have chosen it, this time round. V is for Vintage. I hope you enjoy using some Vintage stash in your designs. To see the remainder of the design team's creations please visit the blog.
I began with a 6" square scallop edge card. I added gold Mirr to the base, then added a sheet of vintage style writing. I cut a square of postage marks, then cut this diagonally, to attach each half to opposite corners, to add further vintage interest and dimension. From a Hunkydory Little Book of Vintsage Journeys, I fussy cut two Vintage cars. The white one was placed flat and the green one was raised on foam pads. The sentiment was re-cycled from a received purchased card. A gem was added to the tag.

Polka Dots
Hello everyone, I hope you are well. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz. Debbie, from the DT has chosen #243 Polka Dots. I'm looking forward to seeing all the varied cards for this interesting challenge. To see the remainder of the DT's inspiration please visit the blog.
I began with a white 6" scallop edge card. I matted onto black card a piece of Kanban Polka Dot paper.
From a sheet of Kanban designs I hand cut the oval shaped design, then added it to the card. I embellished with a die cut word 'love' in red. Added two die cut hearts, each with a crystal gem added and finally three crystal gems added to the top right corner. Have fun with your Polka Dots on your cards.
