Less is more - Circles

This is my second entry today, please look below.
It's been a few weeks since I was able to join in the Less Is More challenge, I do miss it, when I don't join in. Last week I had a frozen shoulder, fortunately the injection is working and I am able to craft. Hooray!
Circles, I had been making a Steampunk wall hanging and saw all the washers on my desk , when the light went on to inspire my circle Steampunk. I also thought the sentiment fitted this card so well. The gentlemen stamp is from a TH Steampunk set.
