Get Inky

Keeping the concept of Clean and Simple, Chrissie and Mandi, over on Less Is More, are asking us this week to get inky, to use inks on our cards. I just love messing about with inks. This card was already scored to give a square panel in the centre, so I masked  off the sides with post it notes, and worked within the square panel. I first stamped and embossed grasses stamps from Elusive Images, then I  used Distress inks, to colour the background, which then showed the ealier resist stamping. Stamped again using two colours of inks for more grasses from the same set. Sprayed with some Cosmic Shimmer  and finally added the bird from an Inkadinkado set of clear stamps, to which I added glitter.
