I decided in the beginning to make a shaped card, a friend recently sent to me a lovely gift of a Papercrafts CD by Robert Addams - Fabulous Folds. I like to challenge myself, I thought making a shaped card would be a challenge, but they are so straight-forward, I so enjoyed creating something different. Once made, I covered the main body of the card with white card and an embossing folder, to replicate the wrought iron on the garden furniture. Two bird cages stamped, curved to give shape. Stamped and added a bird. I punched out lots and lots of white, pink and a darker pink flowers, adding them to the card. I am so much looking forward to visiting your blogs, to see your interpretations of this beautiful photo. Have fun!
Stamps used - Creative Expressions bird cage and sentiment - Bird from Inkadinkado
I have also entered the card into the following
Jellystone Friends - Die cuts/ Punches
Moving Along With the Times - Birdies
