Make a Scene
Hello again, oh! it's getting so close to Christmas. Thank goodness we haven't seen snow yet, but the forecast is for lots to fall this winter. The challenge for the next week at My Time To Craft is for you to Make a Scene, it doesn't hae to be a winter or Christmas scene. Why don't you pop over to the challenge blog and take a look at the wonderful examples from the Design Team. For my card I first watercoloured the sky using Distress inks. The trees were stamped with Woodware stamps. The various shades were created by stamping 3 times with one application of ink. The markings on the snow were creted with a brush stroke of grey ink. have you spotted the flock of birds in the top left corner? The greeting is also from Woodware stamps. Have fun creating your scene.

I didn't notice the birds until you mentioned it Caz!! Gorgeous scene. We had lots of snow and cold for a while and then yesterday was 59 degrees. Crazy Montana weather. Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteOh wow this is a beautiful scene. Just adore the colours of the sky and the silhouette trees.
