Salt Technique

Hello everyone, I hope you are well. Thanks for your visit.
Today we begin a new challenge at Back to Basics and Beyond
Meg has chosen  Salt Technique --
Don't worry if this is a new technique or an old one
your not sure of, there is a direct link to a simple
tutorial on You Tube, so no excuses for not having a go.
Please pop over to see the fabulous inspiration by the DT,
also for the few rules and details.
This is the Salt Technique - close up.
You can see where the salt has soaked up the colour, and
has left behind the pattern.
I made a 5x7 card. I used TH Distress Inks
Abandoned Coral, Twisted Citron and Fossilized Amber
Blended onto the card, followed the instructions as
mentioned above.
Stamps used - Sentiment - My Paper World.
Butterflies - The Works
Poppy seed heads - Crafter's Companion - Fairy Magic.
Pencils used to highlight areas on the poppy heads.
Why don't you go and try it , I guarentee it is fun.
