Hello, welcome to my blog. Today there is a new challenge at Happy Little Stampers. On the 1st of each month we would love for you to be joining in our Watercolour - Anything Goes challenges.
The main area of this card was created using the block technique. Choose an acrylic stamping block, size depends on your main image and your card. Using DI x 3, stamp 3 sections on the block, making sure there is a good amount of ink transferred to the block. Lightly spary with water, till bubbles appear. stamp directly onto watercolour card, keeping the block very still. Press for a minute, gently lift. allow to dry, help along pat with kitchen paper if necessary. Once dry. Stamp your image, I used Painter's Vase from Penny Black. Draw a fine line around the stamped block image. Matted onto yellow card. Sentiment, from My Paper World, stamped onto white card, fussy cut added with dimensionals. Thanks again for your visit. Enjoy the challenge.
That's lovely xx
ReplyDeleteI haven't ink smooshed with an acrylic block for a while - thank you for the reminder! Perfect for your silhouette stamp.
ReplyDeleteI always love to look you get with the black smooching Caz! The way you've used it as your background is super clever and perfect for the silhouette stamping! Stay safe! :)
