For my card I chose a shaped tent folding shape with a rocker base. The main image is 'Bewitched' a gorgeous stamp from the amazing Pink Ink Design girls. The background was created by blending purple with yellow shades. The remainder colouring I used Promarkers and a few pencils, using Orange, black and purple the 3 colours I chose from the 4  offered in the challenge. A little amount of glitter was added here and there on the hat and dress. A Die cut sentiment -black was added.

Toadstools/Mushrooms

Hello and welcome to my blog, today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Monthly Challenges, Deborah has chosen #181 Toadstools or Mushrooms or even both. To see the inspiration given by the design team please visit the blog.

I began with a 5 x 7 in rectangle white card. I used stamps by Crafty Individuals, featured in Creative Stamping #112 magazine. The tree inside the aperture was stamped with Gathered Twigs DI.
I used Promarkers and a white gel pen to colour the toadstools. The mat sheet was edged with the chisel tip of a Ruby Promarker.

T is for ......................

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz. Pamela has chosen
#358 T is for.............. To see the wonderful inspiration from the design team please visit the blog.

For my card I used a 6" sq. Kraft card. I made 4 layers, matted onto black card. The papers are all from a LOTV paper pad -Father Knows Best. The main image of the old train (locomotive) is by Tandastamps, sadly no longer in business. The train was coloured with Promarkers. I used Frantage gold EP glittter, fragments and white EP for the smoke. I gave a shabbby look to the card to add interest and age. I look forward to seeing your topic beginning with the letter T.

#236 Kid Friendly Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. Pamela has chosen #236 Kid Friendly Card. to see the inspiration by the design team, please visit the blog.

I began with an 8" sq, scallop edge card. I didn't add an age for a child/teenager but this can so easily be added in the top right area. The stamps are by Woodware - Sneakers set. I paper pieced the sneakers, with Promarkers I coloured other areas, inluding the laces. The background pink paper is from a Dreamees CD. The mat silver paper is from my stash. I hope you have fun making your card.

Dragonfly Dreams - Anything But a Card

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge for October at Dragonfly Dreams. Carol has chosen  Anything but a Card. I had this small chest of drawers for quite some time, not knowing how I wanted to decorate it, until now. All the edges are painted with an orange acrylic paint. The papers are by Graphic 45 - Rare Oddities paper pad. I adore Graphic 45 and with it being the month of Halloween it seemed appropriate for this challenge. I promise the drawers, up till now are empty, no secret potions are hidden.

To decorate I then added corner pieces, a paper ribbon strip and 3 circles from a Hunkydory Sketchy Nesting Frames - Circles. Wheels

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today wwe begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz. Dawn has chosen the new challenge #Wheels.  To see the inspiration by the design team, please visit the blog.

I began with a 7" white scallop edge card. a sheet of black added for the mat. A sheet of peach card added for the background. On opposite corners triangles were added cut from two pages from the same Hunkydory Little Book from where the bike toppers were sourced - Hobbies For Him. I die cut a small amount on the left side biker, leaving him on the sheet from the book, to give a detailed forest/mud background. The rider on the right side is more fussy cut and decoupaged with a few more layers. The sentiment is a diecut, with a shadow from my stash. happy crafting. Hope you enjoy crafting to make a Wheels card for a Guy of any age.
