Y is for Yarn, String or Twine

Hello again, What a change in the weather, at least it is now
back to normal, cold March, soon we will be having
the winds, so we can go fly our kites.
Today we begin a new challenge at Alphabet Challenges.
For the letter Y - Darlene has chosen
Yarn, String or Twine, the choice is yours.
Please check out the cards from Team B.
My card is CAS. A mat of red card, plain
white card on which I stamped the boy and his kite.
The stamp is by Do Crafts called Kite Flying.
Coloured with Promarkers.
I added red and yellow twine down the side hoping
it looks something like the kite strings.
Have a good day crafting.

Clean and Simple

Hello, it's time for our challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz.  Julie has chosen Clean and Simple, CAS. Please pop over to see the fabulous inspiration from the Guest Designers and Design Team. Personally I don't find CAS cards easy to do, so this certainly was a challenge for me. This is what I love about the DT members choosing the challenges,  for we all have our strengths and weakenesses, as well as our preferences in card making skills.  For my card, I have used a purchased black scallop edged card. A piece of white card on which I stamped with black a strip of birthday candles from Do Crafts. The greeting is a stamp from Hobbycraft.  I decided to keep it monochrome, to be more  masculine.

Beary Nice

Hello everyone, Well it's nearly that time of the year when we celebrate Easter, which was in my mind, when Shell at MTTC (My Time To Craft) suggested for our challenge this week to use Bears, nice, cuddly,   lovable bears. i have always liked DL cards, as these are called, I think it means Double Length, the card measures 3.5 " wide x  7" long. Sorry I still believe in feet and inches. I used a lovely Tatty Ted - A Do Craft  stamp and coloured it with Promarkers. I'm so looking forward to seeing your Beary Nice projects, please take a peek at the challenge blog to be inspired by the Design Team. Thanks for any comments you may leave.
