Hugs and Kisses
Hello, thanks for your visit. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Galz. Lynda has chosen #269 Hugs and Kisses. To see the inspirational creations by the design team, please follow the blog.
I made two cards for this challenge, to show both female and a male versions, this is added below. Both cards were constructed using papers and toppers from Hunkydory kits and the Picture Perfect Paper Pad A Splash of Colour. I die cut a Hunkydory die for 'Hugs' and stamped Kisses, adding a sentiment. Pink gemstones added to embellish. This a fold back style card.
The male version card is, as mentioned above, all from the topper sheet and Paper pad. The sentiment is Pugs and Kisses. and Birthday Wishes. A straight forward book style. I hope you have fun creating your challenge for Hug and Kisses.

Baubles
Hello, thanks for your visit. Today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Christmas Challenges. Dawn, a design team member has chosen #181 Baubles. To see the wonderful inspiration by the design team, please visit the blog.
I began with a 5 x 7 inches scallop edge white card. I added a red mirri card border for sheet #1 from a Hunkydory Little Book - A Cherished Christmas. A second red mirri card was added to a reduced in size #2 sheet. From sheet #1, I had fussy cut a red, white and green bauble, which I then added with foam pads to the baubles onto sheet #2.I added a few small red gems. The sentiment, Christmas Wishes, is a Hunkdory die. I do love to fussy cut and create decoupaged items.
Pearly Sparkles - Hearts
Hello, welcome to my blog. Today at Pearly Sparkles we begin a new challenge, chosen by Claire, on the design team. The challenge is #116 Hearts.
I began with a white scallop edged 5 x 7 inch card. I added for the backgound a hologrphic silver card. Using a Cut and Embossing folder, enclosed with a Simply Cards and Papercraft #201 magazine, I used pink card with flowers and the centre die cut hear. I stamped the sentiment, adding a snall stamped heart. I added a stsmped sentiment Happy Birthday. Finally I added coloured silver stickers to the floower centre. (I apologise for the green glow, I think it may be the reflective result from the holographic card with the small LED's in my light box. )- or whatever??

Clean and Simple
Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. Helen has chosen #270 Clean and Simple(CAS). to see the designs by the design team please visit the blog.
I began with a 6" white square card. I added a border of thin Washi tape. In the centre I matted and layed a few layers of white and a pretty shade of pink card. On this I added a lovely Hobby craft purchased flower. The sentiment is from a Sticker sheet. Maybe this is too CAS, seeing it on the screen, I'm wondering if I should have added some gems or sequins. Happy crafting.

T is for Texture
Hello and welcome to my blog. today we begin a new challenge at Alphabet Challenges, Lynda has chosen T is fo Texture. please visit the blog to see the design team's inspiration.
I began with a base 7 x 5 inches white card. On a seperate piece of card, I blended two colours of Hunkdory's Prism inks. I then used an embossing folder from my stash, after this I sandpapered this with a sandpaping block, which created the white lines around the design. Within the circle I added two circles using 2 dies. The sentiment stamp is from my stash. I coloured, using the same watercolour colours used for the blending, then cut the flower using a die. Adding to the card with 3d foam pads.
