All Tied Up!

Hello and welcom to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday chosen by Guylaine. We have #273 All tied Up, with either ribbon, thread, string etc.

I began with a 6" sq. Kraft card, to sit well with the colour choices on the card. I added a light patterned paper from my stash. I created a centre band with, again patterned darker paper on a gold background. This is where I added the string across and tied in a bow, hence All Tied Up.
The remainder of the card consists of items from die cuts and Match Its from Electric Ink Designs. I finally added some gorgeous gem stones. I hope you enjoy getting tied up with your craft.

I began with a 6" sq. white card. I added a dusky pink for the background. I then used an embossing folder to create the white background, plus I added a piece of die cut white card to add the flowers onto. The flowers are die dcuts from Lisa Horton Wild flowers dies. The sentiment is from a Hunkydory Just My Type paper pad. Finally I added three small yellow die cut butterflies.
