Tag It!!

Hello, today begins a new challenge on the weekly
challenge blog for making male cards  - Cardz 4 Guyz
Amy would like to see TAGS!
The Design Team have again created fabulous inspiration,

I made my tag with spare card, painted the background
with mica watercolour paints.
The stamps are by Sweet Dixie - The Lighthouse.
Addition of sparkly fibres and a fish metal charm.

Hello, today begins a new challenge at My Time To Craft 
The challenge for the next two weeks is Travel.

I have a scallop edge card, yes my favourite card, I admit.
Papers used are from a Trimcraft pad - English Garden.
The stamp of Paris is by Stampendous.
Coloured gently with pencils. 
Greeting is a stamp by LOTV.

Hello again, welcome to my blog.
Today we are starting anew challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz.
Jane is challenging us with Underwater.
The DT have again produced amazing inspiration.
Don't miss out on seeing their creations, please do pop over.
I decided to created an underwater scene. The fish are all from one 
stamp by Dimensions Fourth, yes it is an old stamp, but a good one.
The three largest stamps have been decoupaged.
I created the background using mica watercolour paints.
The seaweed and foliage is a stamp by Crafty Sentiments.
Lots of glitter and Glossy Accents added to the fish and bubbles.

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin  a new challenge
at Make My Monday.  Joan has chosen for us
BIRDS - Anything to do with birds, nests, flying, eggs, 
we look forward to your entries. The Design Team had fun choosing 
what to do,  hope you pop over to chek them out.
I decided on a whimsical card,  I created the bakground by using
up some more of my stash papers, cutting them into narrow strips.
I die cut a circle and stamped my images, using a new Hunkydory
Birds set, to make a Home Sweet Home card. 
Promarkers to colour.  Navy card - ribbon from stash.

A - is for Anything with Wings

Hello again, thanks for your visit. Today is the start of a new challenge
at Alphabet Challenges - Jan is kicking is off for our new A - Z series
with A - is for Anything with Wings
The Design Team have some fabulous inspiration for you. 
I had an afternoon getting messy again with my Distress Inks.
The background stamps are from Crafter's Companion Texture stamps.
The focal point with wings is The Bee -Botanical  from
The Stampman.  This was stamped on a background
created with Brusho powders. The greeting stamp is  from LOTV.
I'm looking forward to seeing your projects with Wings.

I decided my card is for an older teenager, who loves her rock music.
Black and pink paper and card. I made the star and added peel off dot waste.
The guitar and sentiment are from Sheena Douglas Rock n Roll
Stamp sets in the Just For Men collection.

Hi, welcome to my blog. Today begins a new challenge 
from 15th Feb until 14th March. at Sparkles Monthly Challenges. 
We know Valentine Day has passed and gone, but we all like to 
share our love with someone at sometime.  The Design Team have 
again given us some amazing inspiration. 
I have made a monochrome black and white card.
The lower section I embossed with Swiss Dots.
The white heart stamped with Versafine Black ink
The black heart heat embossed with white detail powder.
Stamp used is a La Blanche silicon stamp.
The die is from Craft Sensations from The Works.
The sentiment Love is such an old, but favourite stamp.

I created the background with three watercolour mica paints.
The stamps are Woodware - Grasses, My Paper World - Grasses
and from Elusive Images (Chocolate Baroque)  the large Hope sentiment.

Anything But A Card

Hi, thanks for popping by.
Today a new challenge begins at My Time To Craft
Amy has chosen - Anything But A Card
I bought this little vinette box some time ago, from a charity shop,
I removed the wooden flower inside, and re-vamped it with
green acrylic paint. 
The wall paper was created by stamping flowers with
Funky Flowers by Hobby Art.
The bird - Funky Bird also from Hobby Art.
Flower created using stamps in my stash. 
The Bee is a stamp by Sheena Douglass
Happy greeting an MDF purchase.

Love You!

Hi, welcome to my blog. Well it's that time of the year
when we are all loved up with our cards. 
There is no exception over at Cardz 4 Guyz.
The Design Team have again produced some fabulous
cards for showing their love for loved ones or even for 
their Valentine loves. Hope your able to share with us.
I kept my card simple. Kraft, red and black. 
The hearts are from Craft Sensations - a stamp and die set
from The Works. 
The words are from large sponge stamps I use in my
scrapbooking. Red and black ribbon to embellish.

Shimmer and Shine

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog. Today starts a new
two week challenge at Make My Monday. 
Sian has chosen Shimmer and Shine, please pop over to 
check out the fabulous creations by the Design Team.
After visiting a recent craft event I knew what I wanted to make
for the challenge. I met a lady called Wendy who was demonstrating
with some products, she gave me and a few other ladies a talk
though on how to achieve shimmery and shiny buttons on a piece
of MDF.  Here is her blog, just keep scrolling down and you will find
the button placque, The product she used is amazing, I bought two 
colour bottles but will be buying more and making more as soon
as I can, I greatly enjoyed making this. Hope you like it.
With all shimmery and shiny projects the glimmer sadly does 
not show as it truly is.  Please take my word for it.

Anything Goes + DT. Call

Hi, thanks for your visit.  I have applied to join the DT at 
Their current challenge for the next few weeks is
Anything Goes + a D.T Call.
I used a 7" square scallop card for my base.
The papers are from my stash, I'm on a pledge to use
up papers from the mountain in my craft room.
The topper is a free digi  Gorguss image, coloured
with Promarkers. A spellbinders oval stitches die.
Lovely blooms from my stash.  Wish me luck . Have fun.

Spots or Dots

Hello again, thanks for popping by. Firstly so sorry
about the poor light on my card.  Today at Alphabet Challenges
we have reached the letter X - for X - Marks the Spot.
The challenge then is for Spots or Dots
I made a C6 card, using papers printed from a Kraftyhands
Papercraft Factory CD  - Lilac Dots. The flowers, leaves and 
butterfly are stamped using Dreamees stamps.
The greeting is from a Stamp and Die set by Go-Create

Love Is In The Air

Hello, thanks for your visit. Today begins a new two weekly
challenge over at Cardz 4 Galz. 
It being my turn to choose again, I have chosen
Love Is In The Air

A Krafty Christmas

Hello again, thanks for your visit.
Today is the start of our new monthly challenge at
A Krafty Christmas
we are challenged to use Kraft card on our project.
The Design Team have again given us some wonderful inspiration.

My card is made with Kraft card. I stamped and heat 
embossed with Stampendous white detail embossing powder.
The trees and greeting stamps were included in an issue of 
Crafter's Inspiration from Crafter's Companion. 
The aperture and frame were created using oval dies.
