Die cut -  Black circle card and Silver Mirri celestial shapes, planets, moons etc.

 A few holographic stars added.  Main image a free download from Pinterest of a spaceman, coloured with Promarkers and glitter gel pens.

I used a white card, added a 6" silver Mirri mat. Using an old Hunkydory  sheet  of different types ice of creams,  I created my card. I added the scoops of chocolate, mint and strawberry using 3d foam pads. A splatter of silver glittery gems. I hope you are inspired to join in the challenge. 

Something Beginning with 'P'

I added a pink pearl card for a mat to the 5 x 7 card I chose. The papers are from a magazine Simply Cardmaking and Paper crafting #228.  I used  the stamp,  a Perfume bottle, which also came in the magazine, coloured it with Promarkers and a glitter pen, fussy cut it out and added it to the card with 3d sticker pads.  Finally I added pink sparkly gems to embellish.

I began with a 5" sq. card with scallop edges. I used a dark blue cared as a mat. On the stamping card, with the aid of a circle die, I created a circle aperture mask, through which I swept and blended an assortment of Distress Inks. the mask was removed and I stamped the image - from Chocolate Baroque. The greeting is from Hobby Art stamps.  Take care. Happy crafting.

An Aperture Card

Hello, thanks for your visit, today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. It is my time to choose the theme, so I went with #205 An Aperture Card. to see the wonderful inspiration from the design team, please visit the blog. 

I began with a white scallop edge card. The first layer was embossed with a small dotty design. 

The top layer had a 4.5cm aperture die cut. I also die cut two of the wild flowers from Lisa Horton, although I added a further flower head and crystal jewel to Lisa's flower head. A small sentiment added. 

 

Christmas in July @ Sparkles

Hello, welcome to my blog. today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Monthly Challenges -

I started with a 5 x 7 in card, then matted it with a gold card. Using a Hunkydory set of toppers and card I created the card. I added a red bow, and 6 crystal gems. 
 

H is for Humour

 Hello everyone, how are you? Thanks for your visit. today we begin a new challenge at

 Alphabet Challenges. Billie has chosen H is for Humour. To see the inspiration from the design team, please visit the blog.

I began with a scallop edged Kraft card. I matted with a white piece of paper, then added snowflake Kraft paper from a LOTV Christmas Kraft paper pad. Using a Hobby Art stamp - Waddling in a Winter Wonderland, I stamped a farm scene onto Kraft spotted paper from the same paper pad.  I again stamped the 3 smaller geese, coloured the beaks and feet, fussy cut and stuck them over the previously stamped geese. Matted onto white paper. I stamped the larger fleeing goose, coloured parts with my Promarker, fussy cut, added him onto pads and fixed him to the card. Added a few pearls, the die cut sentiment glued to the card.  Take care and happy crafting.

I used a DL white card, then added a gold shimmery mat. The paper, images and sentiment are all from a sheet from Hunkydory . I finally added 2 sets of gold shiny gems. I hope you enjoy the challenge and look forward to visiting you in the challenge. 

Christmas in July for Guyz

 

Hello everyone, thanks for your visit. Well this is it, the beginning of making Christmas cards (for me). I hope you are well and ready to make your cards for the coming Christmas season. Today we begin a new challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz - #326 Christmas in July , chosen by Julie. Now please remember, this is Cardz for Guyz, so let's try to keep them masculine To see the design team's inspiration please visit the blog, they always appreciate your lovely comments and questions, we aim to help and encourage you. 

I began with a 6" sq. white card,   I folded the front part backwards to create a Fold Back Card. I added gold mirri-like paper to the folded back section and the 6" rear part of the card. I added the black pieces of card to these two sections. I then added the circle and tractor image to the fold back, and the pheasant to the rear part. Further adding sentiment buttons and some gold gems. All card images and background are from a Hunkydory  design sheet.  Have fun enjoying getting into the spirit of making your cards for the coming festive season. 

Birthday

 Hello and welcome to my blog.  Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. Debbie has chosen #204 Birthday. To see the inspiration from the DT please visit the blog.  

For my card I was inspired by a card in the Creative Stamping #122 magazine. I used the Macaron stamp and the sentiment which were with the magazine. The stamps set is My Cup of Tea from Crafty Companions. I used a 5 x 7 in. tent fold card, which I cut to measure 4.5 x 7in. I used black for the mat and a layer of orange patterned paper. There are two scored lines down each side of the white sheet. The macarons were stamped on card, coloured with Promarkers, fussy cut, added with  a foam pad on each. 

I know there will be lots of cards, this is such an open challenge. remember we can only consider 3 of your cards, so please keep it to 3 cards per person. Happy crafting. 

Christmas in July

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today we begin our monthly challenge for you at Dragonfly Dreams.

I created my 6" white card, by adding a Kraft card mat. The papers I used and the gnome stamps were part of a Making Cards and  Papercraft's magazine gifts. I stamped the gnomes, coloured them with Promarkers , fussy cut them, and added to the Kraft and white panel using 3d foam pads. I added two strips of ribbon to add the sentiment,. Have fun, making your Christmas cards. 

Include Gold

 Hello , welcome to my blog. Today we begin our monthly Sparkles Christmas challenges. Debbie has chosen #150 Include gold. To see the inspiration from our design team buddies please visit the blog.

For my card, I started with a slimline card. The mat layer is a piece of Hunkydory sticky back gold glitter paper, a dream to stick down. Next a piece of red card. On the white card I stamped a true vintage Christmas swag, with presents and baubles, from Kanban stamps. I coloured with Promarkers and a red glitter pen. I added a number of red and gold minute beads to adorn the plain white card. The sentiment is on the same set as the swag. Enjoy and stay well.
