My Time To Craft we are challenging you to make a D.L card. A what? Do I hear you say? At one time DL cards were very popular in the UK but seem to have fallen out of favour, I would like to see them around again. What is a DL? I have heard varied explanations but for me it is simply - Double the Length, My card measures 3.5 inches wide so is 7 inches long. You can also make them smaller or bigger, as long as the length is double the width. They can be used either portrait or landscape wise. I used Craftwork Cards papers from their Vogue collection. I added from my stash, a button, a few hat pins and some lace. These cards are neat and easy to make and yet I think look elegant. If this is your first DL, I hope you enjoy and if not then you will hopefully regain the pleasure of using one again.
