My card is based on a 6"sq card. 

The stamped image is by Woodware stamps, coloured

with Sparkle pens and Promarkers. 

The papers are by Trimcraft from within my stash.

Today I made an easel card using a topper and papers from a kit
with Pollyanna Pickering designs by Creative Crafting World.
I just adore the cute donkeys, I hope you enjoy the challenge.

Black Magic

Hello again, thanks for popping by.

Today is the start of a two week challenge at Fantasy Stampers, 

where your entry must be created by using an actual stamp.

Sorry but digi stamps are not accepted. The aim being to encourage

folk to get out their stamps or to at least havae a go with stamps.

The challenge is BLACK MAGIC

This is an actual technique used in stamping, which can give some

amazing results which is actually so simple to achieve.

Here is a Gina K You Tube  video which explains all.

Sadly my white ink wasn't juicy enough, so I slighly cheated by stamping

with Versamark and embossing with white detailed powder from Stampendous. 

The stamp I used is Meadow Flowers from Woodware.

I used ordinary coloured wax pencils and a Sakura white gel pen for the dots. 

I hope you have a go with this technique, one I certainly will be doing again.

Lace,  pearls, flowers and leaves from stash

Cute Christmas

Hi, we at Fantasty Stampers would like to see a Cute Christmas for your next challenge project. Please pop over to the challenge blog to check out what the Design Team have created.  I just love this design from LOTV, called Penguin Presents, it is such a fun stamp and a lovely one to sit and colour with Promarkers. It's on a round scalloped card, which I made into an easel card. Another Christmas card ready for my collection.  You have two weeks, so I hope to see you during my visits.

An Easel Card

Starting today over on Cardz 4 Guyz for one week the challenge is An Easel Card. For athose not sure on how to make one, there is a link to a tutorial on You tube or alternatively you could search for Pinterest and find a tutorial on there. They really are easy to make and make such a different type of card. Please pop over to the blog to check out the amazing inspiration from the Design Team,  for two of them this was a first attempt, so well done ladies. Accepting challenges is what challenge blogs are all about.  For my card, I was challenged by a member of my class with a stamp she had recently bought and needed ideas on how to make a card - result is my card for this challenge.  This card will be perfect for my 18 yr old grandson, I think it says a lot!! The papers are from a Dovecraft pack - The 12 Days of Christmas - the stamp, apologies I forgot to get the details, I believe it is an American stamp. Have fun, I hope you find inspiration to give it a go. 

Easel Card for MTTC

At My Time To Craft (MTTC) this week we are challenging you to make an easel card. There are so many variations on this theme, so you have lots to choose from.  My thoughts these last few weeks have been focused on those in the UK who are suffering from the amount of rain, the damage it has caused and the flooding. We also have lots of  blogging friends in the USA who are also suffering dreadful snow storms and freezing temperatures. My best wishes to you all and may all your inclement weather problems be soon over.

Stencilled Easel Card

Easel cards are so popular these days, I've made this one for several challenges, I don't normally enter more than 3 at a time, but the theme fits a few. The butterfly section has been made with a Lines and Dots stencil from Nellie Snellie. I placed the stencil onto white card, coloured it with inks, then ran it through the Cuttlebug, which partially cuts it, see at the sides, it also leaves areas white, very effective. Some pretty flowrers were added to the flat section. Challenges entered.....
