Autumnal Festival/Autumnal Fall

Hi, welcomee to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. Dawn has chosen a theme which suits us all at this time of the year, #261 Autumn Festival/Autumn Fall. To see the remainder of the team's inspiration, please visit the blog.

I made a small card, approx. 4.5in.sq. The stamps I used are by Dare 2B Artzy -Tangle Leaves. I began by using black ink to stamp directly onto the white card, which was to be the base for the leaves. I then stamped the leaves and acorns, with black ink, Versafine Black, onto a prepared sheet of blended Distress inks created using autumnal colours. Additional colouring added with Promarkers.  I then fussy cut around the leaves ignoring the stems etc.  I patted all stamped areas with Versafine and clear embossing poweder, to heat emboss. The leaves were added with foam pads over the original stamped leeaves on the card. Finally the sentiment was added. Happy Autumnal wishes to you all.
