CAS @ Fantasy Stampers

For the next two weeks at Fantasy Stampers we would like to see Clean and Simple. Please pop over to the blog to check out the work from the DT and the rules for the CAS challenge.  I have used a A6 card, I matted the main image, and added the strip from a piece of pretty blue paper from my stash. The main image is stamped from a Dimension Fourth Ltd stamp, yes it's an old one but I love this stamp, it is so versatile. I coloured it with Promarkers. Have fun with your CAS everyone.

A Sketch at MTTC

Hi, here we are once again at MTTC, My Time To Craft, it's been a while since we challenged you with a sketch, so we hope you enjoy this one which is easy, but as you can see from the wonderful DT projects, the variety is amazing. For my card, I created it on a 6" square card, the background script and butterfly paper is from a pad Vintage 1 by Multi Craft. I blended all the edges with Vintage Photo DI. The centre panel is white card, again blended with Vintage Photo, the stamp is from Crafty Individuals CI 302, coloured with Promarkers. Lace edging added, pearls, and a sentiment. I enjoyed making this card, I have a few friends who are in need of a little cheer at present, I hope this card will help.

Super Hero

Opened

For the next week at Cardz 4 Guyz we ae looking to see your Super Heroes. Please pop and check out the Design Team's inspiration, they have again excelled in their variety and style.  Despite my craft room having the stash it does, I was at a loss with this challenge set by Andrea, until I thought about freebies on the computer. Mu main image is computer generated from a free image website. The rosette was stamped 3 times onto red, white and blue card, this little stamp was only 50p at a Hobbycraft store. I'm looking forward to seeing who your heroes will be. Have fun.

Get Krafty

Here we are once again, another challenge for My Time To Craft (MTTC). The weather over the last few days has been miserable, wet and cold, a good reason to stay at home, but it does mean my challenge cards don't get the right amount of natural light to show the true colours.  The challenge this week is to Get Krafty. Kraft card is now very popular, I have already commented on an earlier challenge how much I love the Kraft card and am using it  more and more. Check out  the Design Team's projects for some fabulous inspiration, which shows just how versatile Kraft card is. I have used my bought scalloped Kraft card, matted it with blue, then white card. Pale blue gingham paper from my stash, Kraft card, white card to matt on my main stamped image. The gorgeous stamp is  from Woodware Stamps. I have coloured it with pencils, for a softer finish. Added 3 blue threaded buttons to embellish. This stamp could be used of course as easily for a girl with different colouring.

D is for Dance or Dancing

Hi everyone, for the next two weeks at Alphabet Challenges you have my choice for the challenge, which is for the letter D, so I have chosen Dance or Dancing. So much to choose from with this challenge. Please do pop over to Alphabet Challenges to see what the Design Team have created for you.  I love all forms of Dance, but this couple are giving their all and made me smile. The main image is from La Pashe - Flippen Families CD. The background card is a sheet from a DCWV Rock Star Paper Pad. The reaminder are embellishments from my stash. Have fun everyone and enjoy the Dance.

Bunnies

Hi everyone, it doesn't feel much like Spring to me today, it hasn't stopped raining and it's cold.  A good reason to stay indoors and craft. For the next two weeks at Ruby's Rainbow we would like to see for the challenge Bunnies, so cute for Easter time, but my card is welcoming Spring and all it brings. My background papers are from LOTV and my stash, as are the embellishments. The main image is a stamp from LOTV, coloured with Promarkers. The Spingtime stamp is from Papermania.
Hoping your weather is more suitable for Easter time and Spring.
