Something New


Hello everyone, I hope you have had a peaceful and happy Christmas
The challenge starting today at My Time To Craft is 
Something New

I used a small 5" square white card. 
The flowers, butterfly and Many Thanks are new stamps
The 'Sending' word is a new die.  All being in a set with
a project book from Hunkydory Crafts Ltd. 
I coloured the flowers and butterfly with Promarkers.

T is for Trees


Hello again, so close to Christmas, I hope you are all
 well and looking forward to the Christmas festivities.
Today we begin a new challenge at 
Alphabet Challenges ,  Helen has challenged you with
T is for Trees - so any tree, or trees .
On a white 6" sq card, I laid a sheet of tartan paper from my stash.
A sheet of Kraft Card added to the tartan.
The background winter scene is by Hero Arts, stamped in black.
The larger Christmas tree is by Sheena Douglass from an old
but faithful set of stamps. I stamped it with DI Pine Needles,
added glitter for the snow. The JOY word is again by Sheena 
from a stamp set - Pinescape.
 I edged the Kraft card with Frayed Burlap and Vintage Photo.
I wrapped around a dark green chiffon ribbon.

Santa Clause Is Coming To Town

Hello, welcome to my blog.
Today we begin a new monthly challenge at 
Sparkles Monthly Challenges. We would like you to join us
Challenge #111 - Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
The Design Team have some wonderful inspiration, so please
pop over to see their ideas. 
The stamps is by Stampendous no name, but I think of him
as being a Vintage Santa.
I used Promarkers to  colour. A Gold glitter pen for the star.
The addition of the holly and berries is a stamp on a set by
Katy Sue Designs - Tall Tails.

Resist Technique




Hello, today we begin a new challenge for the next two weeks 
We would like to see you create a project using the 
Resist Technique

The stamp used is Flying Stars by Penny Black.
Heat embossed with white detail embossing powder.
The background was blended with Distress Inks
Tumbled Glass, Squeezed Lemonade and Spiced Marmalade.
Greeting is by Crafter's companion with a ribbon and 
card candi addede.

CAS Christmas


Hello again, I am so un-prepared for Christmas, I am 
beginning to think I better get a move on. 
Today at Make My Monday we are starting a new challenge, 
our last one for 2018, we will return with winners on 
Christmas Eve then start our challenges again in 2019.
Challenge #86 CAS Christmas - a nice 
clean and simple design.
Please spare some time to pop over and see the lovely designs

I used a 5" sq card. The image is a free digi stamp -
I coloured with Promarkers and DI~ watercolour.
Gold glitter pen and Silver glitter added.

I have a 6"sq white card. Paper is from a paper pad in my stash.
The stamp is by Woodward Stamps. 
Coloured with Promarkers. I added Glossy Accents to 
the number 25. Ribbon and Card Candy added.

Non-Traditional Christmas Colours


Hello again, a busy week for me, so much to do.
Today we begin a new challenge for the next two weeks
Tammy has chosen -#86 Non-Traditional Christmas Colours

I have used an A5  Kraft card, added some black card to mat
the  stamped Kraft card.
Various stamps from a set free in magazine
Making Cards and Papercrafts. Stamped with Gathered Twigs DI.
Fastened purple and yellow twine around the mat. 
A raffia flower with a lilac gem in the centre.
A die cut sentiment - Happy Christmas in Black.

from my stash - oriaginally from Poundland. 
An oval Spellbinders and a greetings die.
The Snowmen stamp is by Woodware.

Crystal gems, glitter and fluffy stuff added.

My card is full of bling this time round.
Gold mirri card ( no it's not yellow) and green.
The staamped Christmas tree is The Bubble Tree by
Woodware Stamps. The bubbles are a mixture of
gold and green, either gems, pearls, peel offs, 
card candi and Sparkly pens. 
The greeting is by Crafter's Companion.
