Hello and welcome. Today we begin a new challenge at Make My Monday. It being my time to choose the new challenge I have chosen #252 Gardening or Garden. It is that time of year when we are able to attend to our gardens with beautiful results. To see the remainder of the inpiration from the team, please visit the blog.

I was inspired with an article in the Creative Stamping #119 magazine. I began with a white 6" sq. card.  used a black mat for the background. Using the Card Making Magic stamps enclosed in the magazine I stamped with Versamark random gardening tool images, added white deailed embossing powder, then heat embossed. I blended several Distress inks to cover the white 6" sq. I added colour to the Gardening poster. Each of the gardening implements were stamped on a seperate sheet, coloured with Promarkers, then fussy cut. These I added to the page either with a Pritt stick or narrow foam strips,

Engjoy your gardening and I hope you enjoy making your garden or gardening card.

C is for Circles

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today at Alphabet Challenges , we have reached the letter C, and Tee has chosen C is for Circles. To see the remainder of the teams' inspiration, please visit the blog.

I began with a cream 7 x 5inches card. I added a Kraft card for the mat. I created a die cut circle on cream embossed card. Behind this I added a dark blue card. I covered the piece cut from the card with lacey paper., then a smaller circle was covered with paper. On a smaller circle I stamped the greeting. I added a strip across the width of the card. Finally I added a die cut butterfly, with three gemstones added to the thorax. I was initially inspired by a card I sw on Pinterest.

Flowers

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Monthly Challenges. Vicki, of the design team has chosen #188 Flowers. To see the remainder of the team's inspiration please visit the blog.

I began for the base with a white 7 x 5 inches card. I added or contrast a black background. On a white card, I partly stencilled in opposite corners with Fossilized Amber DI. The stamped flower and leaves are by Honey Doo Crafts - Flower Reasons. I used Promarkers ( my favourite medium) to colour the image. The sentiment is on the same set.
