I created a double layer of pale blue card with white card. On a piece of watercolour card, I used a number of Distress Inks and Prism inks to literally make a mess, adding water and splatters.I left the card overnight to dry, then using Versafine Onyx Black I stamped Dreams do Come true sentiment and lady with the birds by Inkylicious Stamps.
