Hello everyone, thanks for popping by. Today we begin a new
challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz. Sue has chosen ---
Wild Animals.
Please pop by the blog to see the few rules and of course
not to miss the super inspiration from the DT.
Lucky for me I found in my stash a sheet of zebras,
waiting to be decoupaged.  I remember buying this
years ago, just goes to show, all our crafty bits are worth keeping.
Card and  patterned card are also from my stash.
Have fun with the Wild Animals.

Men Only

Hello, I hope you are well and keeping warm. If you
are affected by snow or severe cold conditions why
don't you say indoors and 'play' with your craft stash?
Today we begin a new challenge at My Time to Craft.
Amy has chosen - Men Only.
Please check out the blog to see the DT's inspiration.
For my 8" card  I sprayed several colours onto the square piece
of white card. I then stamped the background.
I later added, using 3d foam pads the stamped
and cut out main image of the skateboarder.
All of the stamps are from Just For Men by

Paper Piecing + DT Call

Hello everyone, I hope you are well and keeping warm.
Today we begin a new challenge at a great blog -
#21 Paper Piecing
If you would like to give this a go, pop over to the blog
where there are more details, we also have a DT Call.
The Design Team have some wonderful inspiration.
I made a 7" card. All the papers are from a LOTV paper pad,
so sad they stopped making these for I love them all.
The pad I used is a Nitwits Collection - Winter Wishes.
The stamp is by Woodware Stamps - Cool Dude.
If it's a technique you haven't tried or it's ages since you did
why not have some fun and interest in making
something different?

Anything Goes (Christmas) #44

Hello, for the next month at
The Holly and the Ivy Christmas Challenges we have
Challenge #44 Anything Goes (Christmas)
Please check the blog, the DT would love for you
to see their inspiration.
My card is based on a 6" square white card,
there are two mats, a fawn and dark green.
The die cut frame was given to me by a craft buddy.
The robin and leaves were on craft kit, I found hidden in
my stash, it's amazing what you find, long forgotten.
The berries on the hat and of course the robin's red breast
have lots of lovely red glitter.

Poinsettia

Hello again, today being the first of the month, we are starting
a new monthly challenge at Sparkles Christmas Challenges.
Challenge # 97  Poinsettias was chosen by Angela
Please pop over to see the few details and of course not
to miss the creations by the Design Team.
My card was made with papers, a stamp, an embossing folder
 and  images all  in a
Joanna Sheen Christmas Collection Cardmaking kit. #06
All of the ponsettias on the card were fussy card from one sheet,
decoupaged to add layers and I simply had to sprinkle glitter on them.
The upper picute shows the embossing folder on the inside of the
gate fold card. Bushed with Vintage photo DI.

W is for Wings

Hello, wherever you are please keep warm.
today we begin a new challenge at Alphabet Challenges.
Darlene has chosen for the letter W
W is for Wings
The DT have some fabulous creations for you to see
over on the blog, shame to miss them.
I call my card 'Bird and the Bees'.
The background stamp is called  Funky Flowers and
the Bird is Funky Bird, both by Hobby Art Ltd.
The bees are from a set by Indigo Blu stamps.
i stamped the flowers directly onto the card, then stamped
extra elements of the stamp to fill in the background.
I created a frame around the card, raised on 3d foam stickers.
I used Broken China DI  blended on the background.
All flowers, the bird  and bees were coloured with Promarkers.
Greeting from my stash.
