Hello, how are you? Thanks for your visit. Today at Alphabet Challenges we are starting a new two weekly challenge. Lynda has chosen V is for Vellum. There are so many ways to use Vellum. Please pop over to the blog for details and to see the inspiration from the design team.
For my card, a 5 x 7 white card. I gently embossed a piece of vellum using the embossing folder, a gift with the Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine # 213. I coloured on the reverse of the vellum with several Promarker pens. I fussy cut some tupips from the Making Cards Magazine May 2020, added them with 3D pads. I die cut a card circle, stamped the sentiment. I added 4 Brads through the vellum and backing yellow card, to secure the vellum. Enjoy and if you haven't used vellum, have a go.
Hello, I hope all is well with you. I am missing so many people and things at present, but we must stay indoors and be safe. Thank goodness for crafting, that and reading are the main interests keeping me sane. Onto today's challenge for the next two weeks at Cardz 4 Guyz, Melanie has chosen #263 Sports, you can create any card with a sporty element. Please pop to be blog to see the sammples from the DT and for any details you may need to enter.
I made an 8"sq card. Backing paper of two shades of green. The montage of Sporting elements are from various stamp makers, Katy Sue - Rugby, Tandastamps - Equine - Fishing - Crafty Impressions, Cricket Craft UK Tennis unknown from a sale bin. All coloured with Promarkers and a fine liner pen.
Have fun, stay safe and keep crafting.

For my card, The background is a piece of black and white paper from my stash The top edge a piece of white card punched out on a Martha Stewart punch. The large flower made from cut out pieces on a sheet of backing paper, mounted and finished with a centre brad. The stamped cirles are Art Deco ladies from a Debbie Moore set . I have glittered wherever I could, the hats, the jewellry, all over. Diamond gems added to each circle. Enjoy playng with your glitter and sparkle.
Hello and welcome, I hope you are well and staying warm. We, once again have snow here, it always looks so pretty when it first falls, but it soon looks a mess. Today we begin a new challenge at Alphabet Challenges, Helen has chosen U is for Umbrella. Please visit the blog for more details and to see the inspiration by the wonderful design team. For my 5 x 7" card, I added a piece of paper from my stash for the background. The girl with the umbrella is one of a set of different girls from Debbie Moore, I don't know the name of the set but I call them Stick Girls. The umbrellas were stamped using an umbrella stamp from Clearly Besotted - April Showers, a gift with Papercraft Essentials #185, then fussy cut, and glued flat to the card. Sentiment is from the same set. Thanks for your visit. Stay safe.

Hello, thanks for your visit. The choice for the new challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz is very apt, we have had snow for almost a week long, but yesterday came a big thaw, and there is hardly any left. So it has snowed and hopefully there won't be anymore of the white stuff. So our new challenge starting today is #262 Let It Snow! Please check the blog for details and to see the inspiration from the design team. For my card I have used stamps from the gift stamp sheet with the magazine Creative Stamping #90. Coloured with Promarkers an DI Tumbled Glass. Lots of glitter added for the snow. If you click on the photo you may see the glitter. Take care, stay safe and stay at home as much as you can.
Hello and welcome. Today we have a new challenge at Make My Monday. Cindy is kicking off the new year with #139 Something New in your Stash. Please check out the blog for details and of course, to see the inspiration by the design team.
For my card, a 5x7" white card. I was inspired by a card in a magazine, which also provided me with some new stash. Creative Stamping #91 had enclosed stamps by Crafter's Companion and an Embossing Folder, all used on the card. I also received from Santa a few new Distress Oxide inks. Which I used to watercolour colour the embossed background and painted the cups etc. I hope you enjoy the challenge and thanks for your visit.
