Vintage Christmass or Vintage Event

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today we begin a new challenge at Sparkles Monthly Challenges.
Cathy has chosen  #147 Vintage Christmas or Vintage Event.  For more details please go to the blog, where the design team have added their wonderful cards to inpire you.
I made an 8" sq. card. I used ivory, beige and pink on the card, for white weddings were not fashionable of this era. I used an embossing folder Christmas Vines. Beige lace, pearls and flowers to embellish. A beautiful small stamp of a bible and a spray of flowers, bought from E-bay. The main image of the bride is a La Blanche silicone stamp, coloured with pencils and Promarkers. I have left space on the top right panel to add a personalised sentiment when needed.

Use Kraft Card

Another post for today. Over at MTTCC - My Time To Craft Christmas -  I chose for the theme         Use Kraft Card. More details available on the blog along with the desgn team's wonderful inspiration.
I made a slimline card to fit an envelope I had. 3.5" x 7",  (A few more of this size will follow, until I have used up all the envelopes.) Black card for the mat, a piece of Kraft lightweight card for the stamped area. The stamp from Woodware stamps is - Rejoice -. which I heat embossed. The sentiment is with the stamp. Once dry I used a white Sakura gelly roll pen to add highlights to the stamped area. I hope, if you like my card, you may try something similar. Stay safe, keep crafting.
