No excuse, I am just so busy at the present time. So, I had to get on with making him this card. He loves me making his cards, anyway, so I was so pleased at the size of his smile when he opened the envelope. Th main image is a Mo Manning digi stamp Video Boy, perfect for Ewan. He likes bright colours, so I used papers frtom a paper pad from The Works, Coloured the image with Promarkers and pens. Clean and Simple

Hello, today we start a new monthly challenge at Sparkles Christmas Challenges.   Billie A has chosen  #140 Clean and Simple. For more details and to see the inspiration created by the design team please visit the blog.

My DT card, above, was created on a Kanban small circle card, which I made into an easel card.  The stamp is from a set of stamps - Christmas Gnomes gifted with a Creative Stamping #102 magazine.  I coloured him with Promarkers with a little addition of a gold gel pen. Keeping it clean and simple. The easel stopper was created using stamps from the same set and raising them on 3d foam pads. I hope you are feeling challenged to create a Clean and Simple Christmas card, adding another to your Christmas cards being made in advance.

Back to School

Hello, how time flies, school returns next week, exam results are over, the hot summer is over, Yippee!
this is the best time of the year for me. Despite all the factor creams I have used, I have had sunburn on my hands and arms 3 times this summer. We suspect mostly caused sitting in the car with the heat through the windscreen. Ah! well, lovely long cool days and evenings ahead.
So for our challenge at Make My Monday, starting today chosen by Dawn, we have
#182 Back to School.  For more details and to see the inspirastion by the design team, please visit the blog.
For my card, I began with a shaped Kanban card, covered with a sheet of Santoro design paper. The stamp is #2 Gorguss New Heights, coloured with Promarkers and pencils.  The card candy are coloured with an orange Promarker. I hope you enjoy the challenge, I look forwarad to seeing your entries.
